Hi I am Varuni, a registered Counselling Psychologist (NCAHP) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and over 7 years of experience in mental health.

I work primarily with students, young professionals, and high-achievers who appear “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or never quite enough on the inside. I’m trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy and I blend them into simple, practical strategies you can actually use in your daily life.

“Nivara” means protection in Sanskrit, and that’s exactly what I hope this space becomes for you, a quiet inner refuge for clarity, safety, and self-trust.

My work is simple: to give you tools to find the calm you keep postponing.
