Hi I am Varuni, a registered Counselling Psychologist (NCAHP) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and over 7 years of experience in mental health.
I work primarily with students, young professionals, and high-achievers who appear “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or never quite enough on the inside.
